At True Confections we design your cake from the inside out. We start with the perfect cake baked with the highest quality ingredients, such as real butter and fresh eggs, in such delectable flavors as Dark Chocolate or Vanilla Bean Butter Cake, Toasted Almond Genoise, or Fresh Carrot Cake. Then we fill it with such delightful fillings as Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse created from the finest imported chocolate and real cream, sweet and tangy Fruit Mousses and Fruit Curds made from the freshest fruits, or rich Cream Cheese Frosting made with luscious cream cheese. The cakes are finished with your choice of ethereal Buttercream, satiny Fondant, or luxurious White Chocolate Wrap. Then we decorate the cake to reflect your personal style and taste with fresh flowers, hand-molded white chocolate or sugar flowers, fresh fruits, ribbons, or white chocolate drapes and swags. Your stunning creation will be a focal point of your reception.
Judy Chadwick, a former paralegal and banker has been creating elegant, delicious custom wedding and special event cakes since 1995. She studied at the California Culinary Academy where she earned a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. She worked for many years at a number of fine Bay Area bakeries before finally fulfilling her dream and starting True Confections. She is passionate about making cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. She loves creating cakes that are a centerpiece to a wedding or special occasion celebration, making your event beautiful and memorable.
