Julie was FABULOUS. She was so quick to respond, set up a tasting and worked with us through every piece of our cake planning. She was on the ball and it was SO NICE not to have to think about the cake once we booked with her. The cake was beautiful and tasted FANTASTIC. We received so many compliments. We would definitely recommend her!

Our wedding cake was one of the most beautiful things that I have ever seen! Julie did such amazing job with our cake table & with the cake. The cake was delicious and everyone said that it was one of the best wedding cakes that they have ever tasted. Julie is extremely responsive through email & always wanted to make sure that our special day was everything that we wanted- she did an absolutely outstanding job and we are so grateful to have had the pleasure to work with her!

I loved my wedding cake!! It was nothing short of delicious and everyone is still talking about it today! Julie was wonderful to work with and everything regarding the cake was seamless. At first, I was considering not doing the cake thing, but after working with Julie, I am so glad I did. It looked beautiful, tasted delicious and she went above and beyond traveling to deliver it and setting it up beautiful!! I would recommend her to anyone!

I am not a HUGE fan of buttercream frosting but after tasting Julie's, I'm a complete convert. Julie provided the cake for our wedding and it was fantastic. She worked with our needs, provided prompt service, and was VERY friendly and helpful in every aspect of the cake planning. I would call her again in a heart beat for any future cake needs. She provides a great product and very high quality service. We were thrilled with her and her tasty creations.

Julie was a delight to work with! Her spunky attitude mixed with deep appreciation of how important your wedding day is was just the right combination to make booking with her fun and stress-free. She knew what we wanted before we did! We opted for a "cupcake tree" instead of a traditional wedding cake, and Julie outdid herself with adding just the right touch of flowers and decorations. She was flexible with meeting times (even met me at a coffee shop for last minute details!), easily reachable by phone or e-mail (important with any vendor!), and extremely easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. She has a wide range of cake flavors and her product tasted exquisite. Thank you Julie for making a lasting impression on our special day- everyone ALWAYS remembers the cake!!! :)

Julie Ponzini is not only a fabulous cake designer, but a great person! Love her personality and spunk. Much like our floral designer we felt very confident with Julie and that she would create exactly what we had wanted. She has many years of experience in this industry so it was always refreshing to speak with her. I am not a big dessert person and I don't typically eat the cake at weddings...I'm assuming its because the drinking takes place of dessert! but my wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. I had talked to Julie about our little budget and she was very understanding and still made a cake that was beautiful, fancy, yummy, and affordable.
