We had both a wedding cake and grooms' cake and we are not sure which tasted better or looked better! Our guests were raving about how good the cakes were. They did an amazing job and were so helpful in choosing a cake for us even though we were out of town and this was to be a destination wedding. I would order every cake from Michelle Marie!

We loved Michelle Marie's! We wanted a fun kind of cake but didn't want to use fondant as neither of us like the taste. We wanted it to be equally fun looking and taste great, and we definitely got that. We even changed the shape half way through planning and they still accommodated us. They were very responsive to emails about 95% of the time. The only flaw we had was our final payment. I told her I would come by with a check and she gave the go ahead, and when we got there with a check written we were told they don't take checks. Everything else went flawlessly. The cake tasted fantastic and everyone loved it. It looked so awesome it was easily my favorite thing about our wedding.

My cake was perfect, I chose their chocolate overload for my entire cake and at first was leaning towards buttercream frosting but ended up going with chocolate ganche which is what they normally make it as in their bakery. It was so delicious and my cake was beautiful I had a grape themed wedding because I got married at a winery and the cake had piped grape vines and grape bunches all over, it was gorgeous and delicious!

Our wedding cake by Michelle Marie's Patisserie was absolutely divine and stunningly beautiful!! We had been to a lot of cake tastings prior to booking with Michelle Marie's and there was no other vendor that we met with that could even compete to Michelle's cakes, both in taste and looks. Michelle Marie's was the most decedent, moist and delicious cake that I had eaten in my entire life and I'm a girl who loves me some cake! Not to mention the beautiful design and creative work that went in to our wedding cake...it really was beyond what we had envisioned for our special day. It was perfect! We had a 3-tier cake - the bottom and top tiers were the scrumptious peanut butter bliss cake and the middle tier was the delightful red velvet cake, all were covered with their yummy buttercream frosting. In addition to our wedding cake, we also had a dessert buffet and Michelle Marie's baked equally delicious red velvet cupcakes. Our guests continue to comment on how beautiful and delicious our cake was. Michelle was very receptive to all the design ideas that we had and helped us to achieve the overall vision we were looking for in our wedding cake. If you want the most awesome, decadent cake and desserts for you wedding, then definitely book with Michelle Marie's. We are so happy that we did!

We ordered a mini cake to cut for our wedding and had the caterer provide other desserts for our guests. The carrot cake we ordered from Michelle Marie's was awesome. It was made fresh with cream cheese frosting and yummy. They are flexible with what type of cake you want and frosting, but not with price. For a two tier cake (the bottom was 6" and the top was 4") it cost about $100. They also charge for decorating the cake. The more detailed the more money. Overall, we were happy with how our cake looked and tasted.

If you are a dessert person, this is the place to go. It's not often that you hear rave reviews from guests on the wedding cake. It might be said to be beautiful, but seldom is it said that it's delicious. We were enamored with the mini cakes this vendor had, but also wanted a traditional tiered cake for "the cutting". We got daring and served each table of 10, 5 slices of the chocolate wedding cake with carmel filling, and 5 mini cakes. Sharing was encouraged by placing an additional 5 empty plates and a cake cutter on each table. Our guests loved it. One mini was the same as the wedding cake, and the others were lemon and chocolate overload. We sent a sketch and a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like and Michelle executed our idea to perfection. Simple, but elegant would describe the design with just the right amount of floral touches. We did have a time getting the cake and the flowers together, but the vendors worked it out. I'm a "dessert person" and am rather critical of cakes and these cakes were perfection.
