I didn't have a florist three weeks before my wedding and contacted Lakshmi in the middle of a full blown panic attack. She was kind, professional and very flexible. More importantly, my bouquet was without a doubt the most beautiful one I've ever seen and all my centerpieces were unbelievably creative and unique. I have never seen similar arrangements. If you're considering Lakshmi's Floral Designs you should absolutely go ahead and settle with her-- I think my flowers were one of my favorite things about my wedding.

My husband and I used Lakshmi's services for our wedding at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga (CA). We decided to use Lakshmi after meeting with several other floral decorators as she seemed extremely thorough, meticulous and knowledgeable just from our first meeting. She is honest and straightforward as well and it reflects in her reasonable rates. We met a couple of times and then talked over the phone and exchanged emails. She is extremely prompt in communication and the consummate professional ! Having had formal training in Ikebana flower arrangements, she is very knowledgeable about flowers and gave good recommendations on what flowers to use for the type of arrangements I had in mind. She showed before time on the day of the wedding (5:30 am), brought the freshest flowers and did a fantastic job ! Ours was a fusion (Indian Hindu-Christian wedding) and Lakshmi's mandap and entry gate floral decorations were gorgeous. She is extremely meticulous and detail oriented and I knew I could totally count on her to deliver. The beautiful photos are a testament to her wonderful, thorough work. You can't go wrong if you hire Lakshmi. I would highly recommend her services and use her again in a heartbeat.

We had a Filipino-Indian wedding celebration at Nestldown and we were looking for a florist who would be able to incorporate Indian elements with the rustic backdrop in an artistic way. Lakshmi was perfect. Lakshmi worked closely with us (via in-person meetings, phone, and email) to reflect the style and theme we were going for, which we appreciated since we were planning our wedding from New York. She did an amazing job suggesting flowers in season for the colors we wanted. Based on the work we had seen from her website and her portfolio, we completely trusted her artistic vision to create wonderful pieces for the alter, bouquets for the bride and maid of honor, posies, ceremony garlands and centerpieces for the tables. … Nestldown looked amazing on our wedding day! Lakshmi did the flowers for my son's wedding this month. The flowers were so fresh, and the designs were simply gorgeous. They were not just cookie-cutter arrangements and bouquets, but rather very personally and uniquely designed pieces. Lakshmi took great care to make sure that each arrangement, bouquet and corsage was exactly what they wanted. Her service was outstanding! I would highly recommend her to do your wedding!

Laxmi is absolutely amazing. The flower arrangements were immaculate and really set the final touches to our wedding and reception. We received so many compliments on it all. She also worked with us on our tight budget in order to provide the most beautiful arrangements. In addition, she also was able to provide us with a beautiful mandap for our indian style wedding. She delivered on everything we asked for and more. We could not have been any happier with the entire experience.

Lakshmi did all of the florals for my July wedding this summer and I cannot stop raving about her work! From the beginning she was incredibly helpful in giving us suggestions when I only had a very general idea of what colors I wanted to use. From there, she was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She was quick to provide feedback and advice when requested. The icing on the cake was on my wedding day....Lakshmi's bouquets for my bridesmaids and my bride's bouquet were so incredible. They were fresh, inventive and creative. The bouquets were so unique - from the flowers used to the way they were put together. She also had a flair for hitting just the right note of our wedding. They weren't over the top but their simplicity and creativity were right on the dot and were so incredibly elegant and beautiful. Also, the flowers in the bouquets all lasted throughout the night (and as for the centerpieces - they lasted beyond!! My mother had them decorating her house for a week!) The boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen were also gorgeous, fresh and creative. The centerpieces were exactly what I had wanted. I am certainly going to be recommending Lakshmi to all my friends and family for any floral needs in the future. Lakshmi provided us with all the flowers for our wedding: bouquets, noesgays, flowers to float in our centerpiece bowls, cake decor, and traditional Indian wedding garlands. She was very professional, organized, punctual, reliable, creative, personable and communicative. She was also gracious and flexible when we changed our order several times. She helped us create the look that we wanted within our budget. The bouquet was an especially creative and unique piece. She earned the highest tip we gave out of all our vendors because her service stood above the rest. We highly recommend her for her artistry, value, and service.
